The Baroque Chapel
The Chapel of Forchtenstein Castle has long been a popular location for weddings – in the past only for the nobility, today for all wedding couples. The main nave of the chapel offers space for around 50 people, can be heated and can be used all year round. The anteroom of the chapel offers space for an additional 50 seats for people to attend the ceremony. Further standing places are also available. The Chapel's gallery is ideal for hosting a choir.
The Forchtenstein Chapel was built under Prince Nikolaus Esterházy. The room, artistically designed with stucco decoration and painting, has been a popular place for weddings and baptisms for many generations.
