Magnificent weddings in Esterházy Palace
At Esterházy Palace in Eisenstadt, we primarily offer packages including civil wedding ceremonies followed by an agape/reception. The palace offers magnificent and historically significant rooms. This gives you the opportunity to select the perfect venue for your party - ranging from 15 to 120 guests.
For the agape/reception you can bring in a catering company of your choice. On request, a sound system can be provided for background music.
The Palace Chapel
If desired, a church wedding can also – or alternatively - be celebrated in the baroque chapel of the palace. The chapel allows for a maximum of 100 people.
During the palace’s renovation during the baroque era, a new chapel was built from 1663 to 1672. Its typically baroque shape has been preserved to this day. The organ in the chapel dates is the original instrument dating back to the times of Joseph Haydn.
Die Schlosskapelle
Falls gewünscht, kann zusätzlich (oder auch alternativ) eine kirchliche Trauung in der barocken Schlosskapelle gefeiert werden. Dort finden maximal 100 Personen Platz.
Die heutige Kapelle entstand während des Umbaus des Schlosses zum barocken Prunkschloss von 1663 bis 1672. Die barocke Ausstattung im Inneren ist bis heute erhalten. Die Orgel der Kapelle ist ein Originalinstrument, das aus der Zeit Joseph Haydns stammt.
The Festive Reception
A festive champagne reception in the Garden Hall, the Empire Hall, the Hall of Mirrors or in fine weather on the portico with its picturesque views of the landscape garden and the Leopoldinentemple will be a highlight of your celebrations.
